Presentation
Animated charts, text that lands with the narration, and 18 templates. Each slide is laid out around one point, so the finished deck plays like a video, and you can still export it as slides.

Whiteboard
Sketches appear as the narration reaches them, so the viewer only sees what matters right now. Good for processes, decisions, and concepts that are easier to follow when they build up.

Explainer
Paper Trail lays the material out as an evidence board with pinned cutouts, notes, and camera travel between them. Blackboard writes it out in chalk on slate with hand-drawn shapes, handwriting, and math. Both suit longer lessons and case walkthroughs.

No. Every format uses the same credits per minute of finished video.
Presentation Classic is the original slide format. It uses simpler, more controlled layouts that produce a consistent look every time, which suits libraries that need every video to match. It can be selected when creating a video. New projects should start with Presentation.
Not on the same video. Create a new video from the same document with the other format. Your narration edits do not carry over, since each format writes the script for its own pacing.
